Short and clear: what data I collect when you use this site, why, and what your rights are.

Nite Cloud is run by me, Adrian Eriksson, in Kungsladugård–Majorna, Gothenburg. I am the data controller for the data collected through this site. You can reach me at hej{'@'}nite.cloud.
I store what you write: your name and email, and if you choose, your phone number, message, project type and budget. I use it to reply and put together a proposal – nothing else.
The data is stored with my database provider Supabase. I keep it for as long as your enquiry and any resulting project need it. If you want it deleted sooner, just email me.
The legal basis is being able to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal before any agreement.
If you email me directly, the email is kept in my inbox. I only use it to reply to you and for any resulting project.
I use the analytics service DataFast to see overall statistics about visits – for example which pages are read and where visitors come from – so I can improve the site. The service may use cookies or similar technologies to tell visits apart. The statistics are never used for advertising and never sold.
The site stores a few small settings locally on your device: whether you chose the light or dark theme, which language you picked, and a draft of the contact form if you started writing but did not send it. This stays on your device and is not sent to me. The draft is cleared when you send the form.
I never sell your data. It is only handled by the services needed to run the site – the database provider, the analytics service and the hosting provider – and only for that purpose.
You have the right to know what data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how it is used, and to receive it in a readable format. Email me and I will help.
If you think I handle your data incorrectly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
If I change how I handle data, I will update this page and the date at the top.
